First of all, I really like the new Android App. Everything is much smoother now :).

However, there is still one thing that bothers me and already bothered me in the previous version as well: whenever I want to add a task, the RTM App fades the background to gray, before it displays the keyboard (at least on my HTC Wildfire). Which means every time I want to add a task, I have to wait a few seconds until that fading is finished. It's really annoying, especially when you simply want to quickly add a task, and it serves no purpose.

Would it be possible to deactivate it or at least make it optional?

It's not currently possible to prevent the screen from darkening when entering a new task. However, you should be able enter text before the screen is done fading. Would you be able to contact us so we can get some details on your device? We'd love to take a closer look at this.

Oh, well the keyboard does not appear until the fade finished. Even when the fade finished, there is still a delay of 2 or 3 seconds, until the keyboard finally appears and I can enter the task's details.

Well, I created a ticket now :)
