Overview of new tasks

I use RTM on several devices, in Gmail (by using the excellent RTM for Gmail addin) and through the website.
Many times, I just quickly create a task when I'm thinking about it. To ensure I use the correct due-dates, tags and repeat intervals I made it a habit to go through my new tasks daily.
To help me do this, I created a smart list CreatedToday to display my new tasks: "added:today". It's very simple, but I find this is one of the lists I use most often.

Nice tip!
Another way to accomplish this (more complicated) is to create a checklist smart list that checks that all the meta info you need for your system is there.
Example:
You want a due date, at least one tag and a location for all your tasks.
Search for:
due:never OR isTagged:false OR isLocated:false
and save this as smart list Check.
If all works well, this list is empty, even for older tasks.
