Please can we have a facility for cutting, pasting & copying groups of tasks ?

I have a recurring need to create duplicate copies of small blocks of tasks with maybe one or two words changed in the new set. Clearly this can be done manually, by re-typing one line at a time - but it would be a lot easier if I could treat an origin block as a template and copy/paste it wherever I wanted.
