Quick Access to Keyboard Shortcuts

Great idea, I was thinking the same. Especially if you want to use the keyboard, you don't want to open the shortcuts page using the mouse.
Another improvement would be make all shortcuts fit on one screen. Scrolling the page is not efficient.

You can have the shortcuts appear on the screen using one of the Userscripts / Greasemonkey scripts. One of the scripts that allows you to do this may be found at http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/16639.
