Switch between username and real name for public lists

Since anyone would be able to see my list if I want it to work with 30 Boxes or any feed reader that doesn't support feed authentication, I would like to be able to choose between my username or real name to show at the top of the lists that I make public.

In particular (and this is also related to http://www.rememberthemilk.com/forums/ideas/390/), it would be helpful to make something "semi-public" - in the sense that you remove the need to authenticate, but you don't "publish" (list) the name of the list on the users public url (this would help with feed readers/aggregators/googlecalendar which don't support authenticated feeds).
