Tasks within Tasks

I'm not sure if this has been posted here before, but I think it would be infinitely helpful to be able to create tasks within tasks. For example, on my personal list, I might want to have "Plan birthday for my fiancé," then have multiple related tasks listed beneath it, such as "Buy gift," "Plan dinner." etc. I realize I could currently make this a completely separate list, which is great for larger To Dos with a lot of tasks (like "Plan Wedding"), but for smaller events or tasks with just a few steps, it would be great to have these "sub-tasks" included.

I just realized that this idea has already been posted here... I didn't originally search for "sub-task" when I looked for a duplicate idea before, so I apologize for the redundant thread!
And, as such, I hope everyone's need to inform me that this idea has been posted before will be quelled, as I humbly realize and admit my error :)
