Offline usage and SubTasks

I've been using a Windows desktop-based todolist app for a couple of years, which has a lot of useful features: http://www.codeproject.com/tools/ToDoList2.asp
There are two features of ToDoList that I'd like to see in Remember the Milk: offline usage and subtasks.
Offline usage: I'm not always connected to the web. I'd like to be able to track my tasks even then. Perhaps you could provide a way to download each tasklist as XML? Doubtless your schema is different to ToDoList, but there are already plenty of XML converters for TDL. There's also a PocketPC viewer for TDL, giving rise to really disconnected scenarios.
Being able to upload from TDL to RTM would be nice, but less important for me.
SubTasks. I prefer to think in a hierarchy of dependent tasks, not just a linear list.
TDL has a lot of other features, few of which I use.
I like RTM's being on the web. It means I don't have to transport TDL files from home to work and back again. It also allows me to share tasklists easily with my wife.
I discovered Ta-Da List earlier in the week, and RTM last night. RTM wins, hands down! Nice work.

Thanks for your feedback!
We currently have Atom feeds and iCalendar which you can subscribe to and then view offline -- you might be interested in trying these options if you haven't already.
We plan to have synchronization with both applications and mobile devices. I'm not familiar with TDL, so would have to look into whether importing data from that was a possibility.
We've considered subtasks, and there's some more discussion over in this topic if you're interested :)
