need ability to email a task to a non-RTM user (using Outlook)

As a minimum, it would be fine if the mail subject would be the task description and the body would be the notes.
Obviously, it would be nice if you had a way to store and reuse frequently used addresses that you mail to.

Different flavors of this request have made the rounds, and merit attention. RTM is great, but all of us need to work with others who, for whatever reason, do not use RTM themselves.

Most of my contacts dont use RTM, and I cant demand them. So it would be nice to be able to share tasks to non-rtm users.
Just like Goodle Docs... you can share docs to non-google users. They get a url and then they can (only) view the document.
