Select priority when entering a task

(closed account) says:
I keep unconsciously clicking on the "priority" description in the key when I am entering a task, to try to set its priority level. It seems clumsy to have to get just the new task selected and then use the drop-down box to set 1 priority.

Thoroughly enjoying this, BTW. Mega kudos to you both :)

You might be interested in trying out the keyboard shortcuts. That way, instead of using the dropdown, you can just hit 1, 2, 3, or 4 on your keyboard to change the priority of a task.

I could, but with brain damage making memorising anything near impossible, and using an on-screen keyboard, clicking on a button is a lot easier!

OTOH it also probably makes me your *least* typical user :/

I have to agree with Ricky - it took my forever to figure out how to set priorities - it doesn't feel intuitive (as far as clicking). Could it be located in the same box as the due date, etc?

Thanks for the feedback - as npatrick suggested, we're looking at adding 'priority' as an option in the same box as due date.

Ricky, don't worry, I also have accessibility needs so that doubles the incentive for the good folk at RTM ;)
