  2. Your phone's browser must have cookies enabled, and your mobile network must also allow cookies. You can usually find the setting for cookies in your phone's browser settings. You may need to contact your mobile provider to find out if they allow cookies on their network.
  3. Your mobile network must allow secure SSL traffic. You may need to contact your mobile provider to determine this.

If your phone meets these requirements and you're experiencing problems, please try the following tips:

  1. Try clearing the cache and cookies on your phone, and then logging in again.
  2. Try using the secure HTTPS URL at https://m.rememberthemilk.com/
  3. If you continue experiencing problems, the mobile version may not be compatible with your phone's browser. We suggest trying another browser such as Opera Mini, which has good support for the mobile version.
