Please ensure that you're using the BlackBerry browser on your device to access the download link (other web browsers on the BlackBerry may not be recognised correctly).
Also, it may be necessary to make sure that you don't have "Pocket IE emulation" mode enabled for the BlackBerry browser.
MilkSync stops automatically syncing on the schedule you have chosen.
The BlackBerry operating system on your device may require a reboot.
A soft reset on your device can often help with scheduled sync issues. On devices with a hardware keyboard it should be possible to initiate a soft reset by pressing ALT+Shift+Backspace, but if that's not working or if your device doesn't have a hardware keyboard, you can power off the device, remove the battery, and place it back in the device to perform a soft reset.
After your device restarts, please try synchronizing MilkSync again.
The BlackBerry built-in Tasks application and Remember The Milk support different task properties; some properties that are available in Remember The Milk are not available in BlackBerry Tasks, and vice versa.

You can use the 'Reset Sync' option to delete all tasks stored on your BlackBerry and replace them with a fresh copy of the tasks in your Remember The Milk account. This option provides an easy way to recover from synchronization issues. To use this option:
