Troubleshooting

Changes made in Evernote don't show in Remember The Milk

Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Are your Evernote Reminders for shared notes?

It's not yet possible to sync Evernote Reminders for shared notes, sorry! Evernote's Webhooks feature (which we rely on for our integration) doesn't support shared notes just yet, but hopefully they'll add support soon!

2. Are you using Evernote Business?

It's not yet possible to sync Evernote Reminders for Evernote Business accounts, sorry! Evernote's Webhooks feature (which we rely on for our integration) doesn't support Evernote Business accounts just yet, but hopefully they'll add support soon!

3. Check that the sync schedule in your Remember The Milk app(s) is set to 'Auto'.

Make sure you have the sync schedule set to 'Auto' in the settings sections of the Remember The Milk mobile apps and MilkSync for Microsoft Outlook. If you don't have these apps set to auto-sync, you'll need to manually sync each time you wish to see changes you've made in Evernote. (The web and desktop apps will always sync in realtime.)

4. Check that the sync schedule in your Evernote app(s) is set to automatic.

The Evernote apps sync periodically with the Evernote servers; check your sync settings in your Evernote apps to see how often the app updates. To sync your changes to Remember The Milk immediately, just press the sync icon in your Evernote app to manually sync. (If you're using the Evernote web app, try pressing "refresh" or "reload" in your web browser.)
