We're sorry that you're experiencing a problem with MilkSync for Windows Mobile. Please note that frequently asked questions are addressed on the MilkSync for Windows Mobile page. Some common problems are:

1. I receive a connection error when I try to log in and/or synchronize. How do I fix this?

First, check to make sure that your device can reach the Remember The Milk website by visiting https://www.rememberthemilk.com/ with your mobile browser. If you cannot reach the website, please check your Internet connection. If you continue to experience problems, make sure that you do not need to use a proxy to connect to the Internet (MilkSync does not currently support proxies). It may also help to do a soft reset of your device, as this can sometimes fix connection issues.

2. MilkSync isn't syncing some of my task's properties.

The Windows Mobile Tasks application and Remember The Milk support different task properties; some properties that are available in Remember The Milk are not available in Windows Mobile Tasks, and vice versa. To learn more about how these differences are handled, please see the MilkSync page.

3. I'm experiencing a different issue.
