Welcome!  English (US) Language Switcher

We're sorry that you're experiencing a problem with the iPhone and iPod touch version of Remember The Milk. Please note that frequently asked questions are addressed on the iPhone and iPod touch page. Some common problems are:

How do I complete tasks?
On a task list, tap on the 'Edit' button on the top right. Blue check marks will appear to the left of task names; tap on a check to select that task for completion, then tap the 'Complete' button. The 'Done' button on the top right will exit this mode. This feature allows you to quickly complete multiple tasks in a list, without having to access each task's details.

The login screen keeps reloading when I attempt to login, but no error message displays.
If your login isn't being accepted, it might be worth double checking that you have cookies enabled for 'From visited' on your device. You can make sure that you have cookies enabled with the following steps (this will require turning the device off and back on again for this setting to take effect):

  1. Touch the 'Settings' icon on the Home screen.
  2. Scroll down and touch 'Safari'.
  3. Touch 'Accept cookies'.
  4. Touch 'From visited' option.
  5. Press the Home button on the device.
  6. Hold down the power button on top of the device.
  7. Slide to power off.
  8. Wait until the device is off, then hold the power button again until you see the Apple logo. The device will now turn on.
  9. Open Safari and try to login again.

The login screen is only partially displaying, so I can't login.
If the login screen doesn't show anywhere to enter your username and password, it might be worth double checking that you have JavaScript enabled on your device.
