Click on 'Settings' at the top of the page.

Click on the 'Lists' tab.

Select the Smart List that you wish to rename.

In the list details box on the right, click on the pencil icon to edit the Smart List name.

Edit the Smart List name in the text box provided, and press the 'Enter' key or click on the pencil icon again when done.
