You can subscribe to your iCalendar feed so that Apple iCal can stay up-to-date with your Remember The Milk tasks. You can choose to either display your tasks in the 'To Do' section or on the calendar itself.

With this option, iCal will display your tasks in the 'To Do' section of the application (they will not appear on the calendar). You can choose to either subscribe to all of your lists or a single list.

Subscribing to all your lists

  1. Click on 'Settings' at the top of the page.

  3. Click on the iCalendar URL underneath 'iCalendar Service (All Lists)'.

  4. Press 'Subscribe' when prompted by iCal.

  5. Enter your Remember The Milk username and password when prompted.
  6. Press 'OK'.

  7. Check the box for 'Refresh' and select 'every hour'.
  8. Uncheck the box for 'Remove To Do items'.
  9. Press 'OK'.

  10. You should now see your tasks listed in the 'To Do' section in iCal.

Subscribing to a single list

  1. Switch to the list which has the iCalendar feed you wish to subscribe to.
  2. Make sure you have no tasks selected so that the list details box appears on the right.
  3. Click on the 'iCalendar' link in the list details box.

  4. Press 'Subscribe' when prompted by iCal.

  5. Enter your Remember The Milk username and password if prompted.
  6. Press 'OK'.

  7. Check the box for 'Refresh' and select 'every hour'.
  8. Uncheck the box for 'Remove To Do items'.
  9. Press 'OK'.

  10. You should now see your tasks listed in the 'To Do' section in iCal.

Alternatively, with this option you can export your tasks as events. This means that iCal will display them on the calendar, rather than in the 'To Do' section of the application. You can choose to either subscribe to all of your lists or a single list.

Subscribing to all your lists

  1. Click on 'Settings' at the top of the page.
