You can subscribe to your iCalendar feed so that your calendar software can stay up-to-date with your Remember The Milk tasks.

Calendar software such as Apple iCal, Google Calendar, and Mozilla Sunbird will normally only display events (and not tasks) on the calendar. For this reason, the Remember The Milk iCalendar service can export tasks as events so that they will show on your calendar. Only tasks with due dates will be shown as events.

How to subscribe with your calendar

Subscribing with other software

If you use other calendar software, you'll first need to locate the iCalendar feed URL you wish to subscribe to. You can then subscribe to this URL in your calendar software. Please note: If your calendar software does not support authentication, you'll need to turn on private addresses first. In addition, the iCalendar feed for 'all lists' will not work without authentication, so you'll need to subscribe to your lists individually.

  1. Click on 'Settings' at the top of the page.

  2. Click on the 'Info' tab.

  3. Copy the iCalendar URL underneath 'iCalendar Events Service (All Lists)'.

iCalendar feed URL (for single lists)

  1. Switch to the list which has the iCalendar feed you wish to subscribe to.
  2. Make sure you have no tasks selected so that the list details box appears on the right.
  3. Copy the 'iCalendar (Events)' URL from the list details box by right-clicking (or CTRL-clicking) on the link.
