Most problems in viewing Remember The Milk tasks with an aggregator can be traced to a few common causes. If you're experiencing problems, please check these points:

Did you enter the feed information correctly?

Make sure you entered the appropriate Atom URL in the URL field. Also, verify that your Remember The Milk username and password are spelled and formatted correctly.

Does your aggregator support Remember The Milk Atom feeds?

Your aggregator must support ATOM 0.3, SSL/HTTPS, and HTTP authentication in order to work with Remember The Milk.

Have you tried making your list public?

If your aggregator does not support authentication, you will need to publish your list for the public before your aggregator will be able to access it. Note: This will mean that anyone can see your list.

Have you tried reformatting the feed link?

We've found that some aggregators work with Remember The Milk if users change the feed URL to include their Remember The Milk username and password. You may want to try using the following format for your link URL:

https://username:password@www.rememberthemilk.com/atom/username/100123/

(Replacing the bolded items with details relevant to your account and list.)

Please be aware that this link format makes your password visible in your aggregator's subscription list.

It still doesn't work!
