Symptoms:

You receive unwanted SMS reminders from short code 48368 (GVENT). These may continue even if your Remember The Milk account is canceled.

Cause:

The 48368 number does not belong to Remember The Milk. It's used by Google to send Google Calendar notifications; you may be receiving notifications for the 'Remember The Milk' calendar that's created for our Google Calendar feature.

Solution:

In your Google Calendar account, please follow these steps to disable the notifications:

1. In the calendar list on the left, click the down arrow next to the Remember The Milk calendar.
2. Select Notifications.
3. Uncheck the appropriate boxes in the section entitled Choose how you would like to be notified to ensure that notifications are disabled.
4. Click Save.
