1. Open the Remember The Milk web app.
2. Click on 'Settings' at the top of the page.
3. Click on the 'Reminders' tab.
4. Make sure you have chosen when you want to be reminded.
5. Click on 'Add details'.
6. Select 'Mobile' from the drop-down.
7. Select your network from the next drop-down.
8. Enter your phone number in the text box provided.
9. If you want to limit the number of messages you receive each day, change the message limit in the text box provided.
10. Click the 'Save' button.

Note: If your network is not listed, but you know your phone's email address, select 'Other' from the drop-down. Then, enter your phone's email address rather than your phone number.
