Microsoft Outlook 2010

Follow the steps below to back up your data in Microsoft Outlook 2010:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2010.
2. Select the "File" menu item.
3. Select "Options".
4. Select "Advanced".
5. Select "Export".
6. Select "Export to a file" and press "Next".
7. Select "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and press "Next".
8. Select the folders you wish to export and press "Next".
9. Select a path for your backup and press "Finish".
