To add a note to a task:

1. In the tasks list, select the task that you wish to add a note to.
2. Click on the 'Notes' tab.
3. Click on 'Add Note'.
4. In the box provided, enter your note. Note: The first line will become the title for your note.
5. Click on 'Save' when done.

The new note is added to the notes listing.
