Symptoms:

You continually need to reset your password to login to your Remember The Milk account.

Cause:

You may be entering an incorrect username when entering your username/password to login.

Solution:

If you can't remember your username, you can recover it by following these steps:

1. Click on the 'Forgot username?' link on the login page.
2. Enter the email address you used to sign up for Remember The Milk.
3. Click Recover Username.

Your username will be emailed to you.
