To remove a contact from a group:

1. Open the Remember The Milk web app.
2. Click on 'Contacts' at the top of the page.
3. Click on the 'Contacts' tab (if you're not already there).
4. Select the contact(s) in the contacts list who you wish to remove from a group.
5. Click on 'More Actions...'.
6. Select a group under 'Remove from...' in the dropdown.

The selected contact(s) will be removed from the chosen group.
