One more workaround I found; instead of switching locale in RTM to English, it also works great to just type "Pick up milk ^today" - the task is added with correct due date, and the UI now shows the correctly localized "I dag" as due date.

Just reviewed the post by didzis.spruds on Latvian "today". I have a "same-same, but different" issue with Norwegian.

Norwegian strings: today -> "I dag", tomorrow "I morgen".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
* add "Pick up milk ^I dag"
* the string "I dag" appears on top in dropdown when I enter ^

EXPECTED RESULT
* Task "Pick up milk" w/due-date today added.

ACTUAL RESULT
* Task added: "Pick up milk ^I dag", due-date: none

WORKAROUNDS/MORE INFO
* Use English - that works
* Use mobile/iOS - both Android and iOS in Norwegian handles the string with space and all ("I dag") correctly, and the due-date is set as expected.

I'll admit I'm not very consitent when working on localizations, but the UX for doing improvements (edits) of existing localizations makes it difficult to keep track of what I've done vs. what's not touched (by me) yet. Guess this is due to the manual edit/proofing of suggestions to edited strings.

Would it be possible to add a small asterisk/note or even my suggested string for the ones I've edited in the list of strings? That way I can avoid submitting the same fix several times.

I usually find something to fix, then try to search for similar errors to make the strings file consistent. However, when I have submitted, there is nowhere for me to see what I've actually edited. In the "Edit your previously submitted translations", only new strings are listed.

In the meantime, you should be able to use the English weekly to set this repeat properly, even when your language is set to Portuguese. For example:

There is again something strange with Brazilian Portuguese. If I try to use repetition, if I have used "cada 1 semana" (every 1 week), it changes to "após 1 semana" (after 1 week).

Have notice that before, but I was getting the expected result: if a complete a task, no matter the date, it would create another task for the same week day. Now, the task is generated after 1 week...

I tried the following: create a task using RTM in english with every 1 week. If a change the language back to PT-Br, this task have repetition "every 1 week", but I can't create a new task with "every 1 week".

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but don't looks like it...

No problem with "Сегодня" and "вторник" when entered via drop-down helper. Only with "понедельник".

Since yesterday (I believe), RTM is not understanding Brazilian Portuguese when I am entering dates. First I noticed using smart add, but it also does not recognize "hoje", "amanhã", etc when manually changing the date.
