Gmail addon translation status (?)

As it was posted a few months ago, it would be great if the Gmail addon could be available translated. I started this topic to see if there are any updates on this?

Unfortunately right now we're only able to support RTM for Gmail in the US English version of Gmail (as the other language versions of Gmail use different code). Hopefully that will change in the future, but as it wouldn't be possible to use, for instance, the French version of RTM for Gmail in the French version of Gmail, we're not translating this feature just yet.

I have been able to use the English addon in my Gmail session that is localized in Spanish. I would prefer it to be in the same language. It's just a matter of preference, because I understand English very well (I don't write it that well :) but I understand it). I'm, however, the kind of user that likes his software localized. It just feels right.

For now I use gmail in english. I like (and use) the feature "Create a task when I star an email" <- btw. That's one thing that not work for me with gmail in german.
