Add/change languages I can translate

I have added a couple languages to my translation profile (?), and realized I made a mistake. How can I change them?

For that matter, what if I learn another language? How would I go about adding it, or (heaven forbid) removing a language I have forgotten?

(It's not possible to change after sign up as we figured that people probably wouldn't become fluent in new languages too often, and we're always happy to update their profile if they do :)
