Hebrew translation at 100% -- why isn't it available?

On the translation status page, it says that the Hebrew translation is 100% complete.

But it does not appear in the drop-down language list...

What gives?

Martin, we're still developing the version of RTM for right-to-left languages, so although Hebrew is 100% translated, unfortunately the Hebrew version isn't ready just yet, sorry! We'll get this available as soon as we can.

I can offer some help translating to Hebrew if it hurries things up.

One important issue is to attach the keyboard shortcuts to the parallel Hebrew keys, so I won't have to switch keyboards every time I want to use them.
