Update for Albanian translation

Glad to see that RTM is back. I've updated the translation into Albanian. It could be at 100%, if someone gives me a hint about "push syncing". I'm sorry for not being able to guess it and for not having a phone to get a clue from seeing it in action. TIA.

P.S. I believe that even without that string, the translation is ready to go live.

Thanks for your contribution! I've added that to our list to investigate; there are some steps on the backend that we need to take with ready translations.

In the meantime, you can see push syncing demonstrated in our video; the Android app operates very similarly. The changes are "pushed" from one platform to the others when there are changes instead of each platform requesting to sync on a timed interval.
