I use the Smart Add feature to email tasks to my RTM email address but sometimes cannot remember all the syntax.

I have created an Excel sheet with headers for the Smart Add syntax. I enter the task information in their respective cells and then use the 'concatenate' feature to combine the information into one cell.

I cut and paste the cell into an email and send it to RTM. It is a simple file but if someone would like a copy let me know.
