I have a Google Apps account. I am able to create new accounts on the fly that automatically forward to my RTM. (You can do the same with regular gmail by doing username+rtm-whatever@gmail.com)

I use a smart list to to segment out those emails into task lists. To keep them out of my main list, I use the NOT list:listname as part of my smart list criteria. It helps when I need to adjust that list to keep stuff off of my regular list.
