I'm pretty new to RTM, so maybe I'm missing some history here, but I just did a search in the forums for "Tasque" and found nothing. I've been looking for a nice desktop UI for RTM, and while the Air wrappers around various widgets are neat, I think I finally found what I was looking for:

It's a Linux/Gnome app that gives you a pretty dead simple task CRUD UI that syncs seamlessly on the back end to RTM. The Tasque site has a demo video.

If you're willing to jump through a few hoops, it also works on Windows and apparently the Mac* (I'm using it under both Fedora and WinXP at the moment)
