Customizing rtm for hierarchies

Hi i am looking for a way to use rtm with hierarchies, we have major milestones ie "launch new country" then we have all the projects for that and then the tasks within each project - i also use contexts (la gtd) and finally ia m prgramming illiterate, does anyone have a solution? i have tried many different online tools, i like rtm for iphone and bberry integration and simplicity, and finally can i store an offline version of rtm on my mac?
