says:OK everyone, been using RTM for about a month now. Came over from Outlook. I'm a pretty organized guy, and am migrating towards the GTD approach using contexts.
Here's my question...trying to see how people may have their lists structured. Currently I'm not going nuts with lists, but:
I have my GTD contexts as Lists for now, so I can pretty much tap twice and get all my phone calls, for example. I want to have work separated from personal.
Does everyone use Lists for Smart Lists only, and use tags for contexts and personal/work (if you're in fact using GTD). Right now I have 3 smart lists, but 13 contexts, all under Lists. Not quite outta hand yet, but the list is getting longer.
So how are the helpful users of RTM organizing all this?
Thanks!
