Replacing '@' with 'a' for locations

bittelsworth says:
I am a big Getting Things Done (GTD) fan and have been using for years. One part of the GTD methodology is to give things a location, e.g., home, work.

To distinguish these locations from other tags, I used to use @home, @work, @pc, etc. (I don't use the locations feature as @pc can be anywhere i have access to a pc)

About a year ago, i changed the '@' to a 'a' so I have ahome, awork, apc, etc

Why? it makes it a little quicker to enter on my iphone and pc

Locations could be contexts as in GTD terminology. I have @home, @work, @pc+phone, @town. Where they are geographically is not really that important, they are just contexts. Put them anywhere on the map (does not work if you use the Location feature on mobile devices).
