Pin to task bar

You can use chrome to pin rtm to the windows7/8 task bar.
I find this extremely useful, so that it has its own window and doesn't get buried in all the noise and multiple tabs of my web browsers. I can also have very quick access to it since my windows task bar is always visible.
To do this, open rtm in chrome and then click the "menu" icon (three horizontal bars, top right of screen), tools, application shortcuts, pin to taskbar.
