Remember your dental hygiene

My dentist recommends going in for cleaning twice a year. I have a reminder task to make a dental appointment and it is set to repeat after 6 months. The task has a single note that chronologically lists each visit’s date and if more than just cleaning was required.

This does not make calling to schedule these appointments any easier and in fact the task stays overdue for months but at least I feel I’m doing myself some good by keeping track.

This can also be applied to other health checkups and general things you should be doing for yourself.

After shelling out lots and lots of money with my dentist, I decided to get my teeth cleaned 4 times a year. In between my regular dental hygienist visits I go to my local dental hygienist college for a $15 cleaning twice a year, too.
