The System: between RTM and GTD

Some time ago, I have summed up my way of getting things done with RTM in http://www.critical-mass.cz/2011/remember-gtd-eng.

It is a setup heavily based on tags and Smart lists, and around Next actions list. With endless possibilities :) The theory is to have all tasks tagged in one place from where they are picked by an according search string.

I hope this way brings something new. If you have any suggestions or ideas how to improve, let me now what you think!

thanks for your posting -- it helped me a lot.

I noticed 1 strange thing: you put new tasks in the inbox, then move then to tasks. I don't see why you need this step, why not keep things in the inbox and use the smartlists to sort out those items that need to be processed?
