Completing tasks in Outlook does not complete the task in RTM

I have my Outlook tasks categorized as "Work"

I have the synced folder in RTM for "Work".

When I create new tasks in Outlook, they appear in RTM. But completing tasks in Outlook does not make them disappear in RTM.
