Sync to Blackberry only working manually

iwaddo Pro says:

I've set my Blackberry to sync 'From RTM' every 10 minutes but it is not working.

It works OK if I 'Sync Now'.

Cannot be a connection or account problem, it just does not seem to be running every 10 minutes.

Any ideas?

If that doesn't help, can you contact us so we can get some log information to see what's happening?
