Synching 3 devices

Should I be able to synch my desktop RTM with my iphone and ipad versions of RTM? I am a pro member but my desktop (online) is not synching with the other two devices. My phone and Ipad do synch. What do I need to do?

Yes, the web app on your desktop should be able to sync with both the iPhone and the iPad apps. We got the support request you sent and have replied via email on this.

I'm having this problem as well.
My devices and macbook aren't syncing at all with tasks. Lists yes, but not new updated tasks.
And it seems my PC syncs taks in the overdue section when they're due today?
