Sync changing outlook task note formatting

Since installing MilkSync for outlook, all of my notes have bee re-formatted so the headers are large size 14 text in blue color, bulleted lists with multiple levels are converted to a single level and all numbered lists have the first level formatted in large text.

Is there any way to stop milk sync from changing outlook formatting?

I have outlook 2007 and perform a 2-way sync.
