"Not a valid win32 application" error

lester.sapitula Pro says:

I downloaded the most recent version of Milksync for MS Outlook, and when I tried to install, I received a message stating that the .exe file is "not a valid win32 application" I'm using Outlook 2003 on Windows 7. Any advise? Thanks in advance!
