Sync Shared Task from Outlook 2010

Hi, at my company we are using Sharpoint with tasklists that we sync to our personal outlook. When u do that it ends up in a category called "Andra uppgifter" and there is a dubble headed blue arrow on the tasklist icon. I cant get these tasks to sync. can any1 help?
