List dont show in Outlook

When I sync from Outlook -> RTM all work fine. The other way around I ve got a small problem. My Lists dont show as a category in Outlook.

For Example I make a note in Outlook in the category Work it will gently pop up in the list Work in RTM.
The otherway arounr however my task will pop up in Outlook but nog with the category.
