Exchange 'in the cloud'

MilkSync for Outlook will let you sync your tasks between Remember the Milk and Outlook. If you are using Outlook with your company's Exchange server, you should still be able to sync successfully, although MilkSync will sync with Outlook and not with the Exchange server directly.
