Milksync 1.0.14 has same problems as previous versions

Tasks from Outlook 2003 and changes made in Outlook 2003 unable to sync to RTM (only managed to do it once but subsequently not working anymore). Changes made in RTM able to sync successfully to Outlook 2003.

RTM is not listed as a disabled item and in COM Add-ins it is successfully listed as an add in, with a check mark next to it.

Have corresponded via emails and sent my logs but no success story yet. Please help or please arrange for a refund.
