Two way sync not working with Outlook 2010

I'm having difficulties getting MilkSync to work with 2 way sync with outlook 2010. Tasks added to my RTM account appear in outlook, but tasks created in outlook do not appear in RTM. If update a task that came in from RTM in Outlook the update is not reflected in RTM.

Any ideas?

Yeah, exactly the same issue :) Milksync does not want to sync from Outlook to RTM. Opposite direction seems to work.
