Syncing new lists between desktop and laptop

I have delete one old list and added one new list on my desktop. I noticed today, neither changed have been reproduced on my laptop, though I know syncing is working because new items within existing lists have been added. How do I get RTM to deal with new/deleted lists?

There seems to be a refresh issue. You are probably using the Google Gears version. I had the same thing. Just hit F5 and it will refresh everything including the list tabs.
