Here are the current steps for adding a task:
- press +, then wait for animation to complete
- click Task Name, then wait for transition
- enter task name
- click save, then wait for transition
- click done, then wait for transition
This could be shortened to:
- press +, then be presented with task name entry
- click "done"
With alternate flow for regular add:
- press +, then be presented with task name entry
- click "save"
- choose other fields and enter data
- click "done"

says:I agree with this, but what I do is just send an email to my RTM email address using the new smart add syntax. I find that's faster than all that tapping.
